Why not use a plier to remove all the nails and not forgetting the toe nails too.

What worked for me: I used to work in a customer service firm. I had my then colleague that sits next to me fix those plastic nails for me and it worked.
Over time, I just stopped putting it in my mouth (I'm 30, I know how embarrassing it is).


These are my nails now, I use nail cutters and file afterwards.

This is what i actually did as well., it was quite effective..because i can't eat plasticp smiley

Teenage habits!! My mum is so aware of those rubbish habits, Bitting fingers, lips, shooting out bumbum, standing one corner, putting hand in armpit, chewing teeth, once u start exhibiting anyone, that part of your body will be chopping slap everytime until u stop

Whenever you catch yourself, don't forgive yourself. Slap yourself on the cheek. When you practice it for some time. By factory reset, you will stop doing the act. It worked for me also.
