If the country is in the schengen area, go when you arrive there, travel to Poland, buy Poland work permit for like 700 eur -comes out in 3 weeks, then use the polish work permit to apply for Temporary residence card. Then you are able to come to Nigeria back even before march. Afterwards, you can invite the family to Poland using your temporary residence card.

I suggest to get appointment in Nigeria u better buy as I also bought or apply schengen from some other consulate like France, Luxembourg who gives Visas faster and more easily.. and just use that to travel to Poland.. and use his work permit..

You can use same visa to enter Germany or any other Schengen countries, but you have to enter the country that issues the visa first.

If you got your Schengen visa through France. All you need to do is to enter France first, then travel to any other Schengen country you like. I have done this several times.

Oga.. if you must relocate don't use tourist visa. There are ways you can go abroad with work permit visa which makes life easy for you.
