There's this issue in certain aptitude tests that is ambiguous. Where you have the instruction: YOU WILL NOT BE PENALIZED IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ANSWER A QUESTION What should this be interpreted as? Does it simply mean that if you leave a question you'll simply forfeit the marks for it (explicit meaning); or that if you attempt a question and fail it, that marks will be deducted? What's your take on this? |
