Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in (Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Computing) or equivalent, e.g., CompTIA A+. Certifications:
• Relevant technical certifications (any)
• NetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAP/NCDA
• RedHat Certified System Administrator /Engineer RCHA/RCHE
• Unix Certification  *IBM Storage Certification  * VCA / VMware Certification. Relevant Knowledge of :
• IT Standards, Procedures, Policies
• Infrastructure Provisioning
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Service-oriented end-user support and clients’ management 
• Proficiency in the use of common IT productivity tools
• Good working knowledge and interest in digital innovations and tools.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Operations,
• Knowledge of HighPerformance Computing Cluster Support.
• Knowledge of Portable Batch Scheduler (PBS Pro) Operations
