They're the parties reps and must ensure the originals get uploaded before they left. And yes, how did they managed to do same for multiple polling units in each LG to have been able to get that enormous gap？

If you were in Imo State and saw what happened on Saturday, I don't think you would be sounding the way you are sounding now. The evidences were too enormous. INEC staff doing what they know how to do with impunity. Before they used to hide it, this one was openly done and the security personnel protecting them.

How can a sitting Governor mopped up all the 27 LGAs in the state even in the LGAs of his opponents were they have strongholds and to you, you think there was no manipulation whatsoever. Election that was marred by Ballot snatching, voter's apparthy, vote buying and what have you , yet INEC didn't see any wrong with that and went ahead to announce the winner.

It is only God that can come to our rescue in this country!!!

I guess I'd rather drop the argument as I wasn't in IMO but methink your submission still look incomplete without the roles of parties agents in all this. I heard about votes buying which was largely the deciding factor but with IREV at its efficient best, manipulation of result remains questionable.
