Julieet: Withdrawal syndrome for a few weeks Insomnia, loss of appetite, a great urge to smoke But I kept to myself, I didn't hang around smokers and I went spiritual too (prayers and meditation) No medications. I just went cold turkey After about 5 weeks, I lost the urge completely Resisting the urge is the greatest challenge 1 Like |
