The major reason religion would strive more in Africa is because of the rate of poverty in the land and if you notice religion leaders are capitalising on these to cajure their members to believe that their tomorrow will be better than their today, for example in Europe individuals are not allowed to own churches for themselves and all churches are registered with the govt, and the govt fund churches,so can not see an individual that would use church built by himself to enrich himself, and also churches are like charity organizations, they give back to the society.

The morals in religion are known already to anybody with common sense. The bullshit added that is used as justification for wars means the whole package in it's entirety is bullshit . Can you eat food mixed with a little shit?

I don't know the religious group you belonged to that made you hate Hausas but I know that Christianity doesn't support such. Christianity teaches us to love and tolerate those across the divide. Christs dined and had relationships with unbelievers. Some adherents are obviously going against this teaching but its abuse doesn't invalidate its genuineness no more than an abuse of drugs negate their therapeutic utility.
