Got it from a store here at ibadan
I guess the hertz is 0
It must be set to 50hz. That is why it is bringing out overload, in my opinion.

Try this: the AC button, hold it for 10 seconds. Release the button when you see 50hz.

Also, what is your Ecoflow model? I missed that.

Hello boss so I did something now.
Charged it with my gen and it worked
Instead of 50hz it was 60hz mine was bringing
Fan was working
Input was from 99-102
Setting for input from my phone was 100watts
The gen I used is firman sumec 6kva
It charged from 0-2 in under 30mins

That's a relief. Keep experimenting. I said 50hz because that is what we use here in Nigeria...while the US uses 60hz. You can set the charging rate to balance so it can charge faster as well as keep a healthy battery.
Re: I Bought This Powerbank For 1.2 Million Naira PHOTOS by Dotmanmcdon(m): 3:41pm On Mar 08
So now I have changed the AC to 50hz
Carried it to my grandparents house and this thing is charging normal with their nepa light, I don even increase the input watts to 800 to let it charge fast.
I also noticed something, one side of the fan is blowing hot while the second is cool
This thing got full in less than 2hrs pls is it normal.

Very normal. Always remember to set to max speed on grid AC charging.

I use the Delta 2. When you increase the charging speed, the fans will come on fully...with one side all blowing (let's say left) and the other side of the unit being normal. I don't think there is anything wrong. The higher the charging speed, the faster the fan will work to help cool the unit.

Getting full in less than 2 hours is normal. In fact, Delta 2 full AC charging speed is 1200W, and it will be full in 56 mins. Just prioritise battery health. I only use the fast charge in emergency when I am sure that light may not be that available for the day again.

That's it.

Nice the higher AC speed charging speed the faster the powerbank get full and what I noticed is that immediately it gets to 100 the fan stop blowing.

I appreciate the response boss, mine is a lower version and the AC speed is 800
And my own app doesn't have all this features o. Just the slider 100W-800W

I really appreciate the response I got since morning.
So on to the next thing I don't trust IBEDC at all and I am thinking of getting a solar panel (been following and I know the recommended is a new jinko solar) since I am using the lower version of ecoflow river 2pro 800w. Which of the solar panel should I get, I don't think the 550w solar panel is necessary.
I need advice on the watts of solar panel I can get.
The xt60 cord to is it advisable to get it on temu

I think optimized charging is the best
It takes as much as it needs

My 20FT 12AWG MC4 to XT60 cable was delivered by Temu yesterday. It took about 9 days since I ordered for it.

Pls, I want to order for 550 watts solar panel from Fouani, will they deliver it to my doorstep?

Have a maruwa's number at hand so that when they deliver it, you can carry it to your house. They will try and deliver it close to you if your area is accessible. Kindly give me the 20ft link for temu. Thanks.

Thanks, my house is close to my area bus stop or garage, maruwa are always on standby. Check the link of the cable below. First link is for 20FT while second link is for 30FT. I would have preferred the 30FT but it was out of stock when I ordered for mine but it's currently available now.

Note: Close the space in the link. Nairaland bot don take my eyes see shege 😂

When I ordered for the cable, it was a little above 27k. I just added something of 2k plus to make it 30k plus.

What's is the length of the cable you want to order because I think 10k worth of cable will be too short.

Skyrun? That brand isn't a solid brand, I have listened to how a refrigerator of the same brand makes so much noise and doesn't even cool great, I'm certain the quality of this skyrun power station cannot in anyway compare to that of ECOFLOW, go check the millions of positive reviews on Ecoflow products.
Don't just look at the Wh, inverter power draw Is important, the percentage of that displaces the battery WH, some power stations have as poor as 70 percent efficiency, e.g 70%* of 1000wh-1000wh leaves you with real world 700wh.
I just got the skyrun 2000W Power Station. My first usage isn't bad after a full charge. So far I've used about 9hrs on 50' Samsung TV, dstv and standing fan and it's still on. Will test it with home theatre system tomorrow after full charge to see how long it lasts also.

Would have gone for the ECOFLOW due to the positive reviews, this was an after thought. But so far, the skyrun isn't bad.

So you didn't buy extension cable, your solar panels must be close to the power station.

I didn't buy extra extension as it is enough for what I currently need. I will buy more when I relocate.

Finally today
I got all the 2 cables needed and I connected the solar panel 590w
However by the time we finished, it was about raining , infact rain started about 15mins after the installation.
So it could only register 26watts.

I will watch it tomorrow to see how it performs

We talked about Skyrun on this thread if you read it chapter by chapter.

The reason many are hesitant about the Skyrun power station is because of experience with their other electronics. Also, no accessible reviews from other users. Another is that it is just a 1-year warranty, unlike Ecoflow, which is 5.

I think you will be the first to use that Skyrun on this thread. I may be wrong.

Do you have a freezer?

Enjoy.

Yes, it appears too big because a lot of people do not put a reference object (familiar object, that the size is known by almost everyone) beside the images they share both in Nairaland or social media. For example, you can put a plastic soda, beside it for reference .

Now you have also made the same mistake with this image you shared. There is no way I could tell the size of this panel going by this image. And if I purchase this panel, I’ll also be shocked by its size just like you.
I hope anyone gets my point.

Congrats by the way 🙌

I agree with you. I thought of it too when I took the picture. I wanted to raise it up and stand close to it for others who are planning to get one to know how big it is but I couldn't get anyone around to help me raise it and take the picture.

I just abandoned it at front of my gate untill when one elderly woman volunteered to help me to carry it inside and I can't be doing all the paparazzi Infront of the woman.

I was able to charge mine from 13% to 63% before the rain started. I will also order for extension cable as the panel is bigger than where I had planned to place it.
