Why didn't the police just write to the immigration service?
Are both of them not working for the same FG?

Police will always be doing embarrassing things.
These guys need training in civility and how modern societies operate.

You may have missed this recent news. It happens a lot in Yankee.

There are usually cases of renegade security agents going rogue. But ours is a case of security agents trying to flex muscles. As if they don't know what their duties are.

shocked

Avoid any organization it's uniform is black, they are always chaotic

Just last two weeks it was navy and Kogi governor escort that clashed at a checkpoint, guess who was at fault = Police
Now it's immigration officers and police officers at another checkpoint, from the article guess who was at fault again= Police.

No wonder Canadian court declared them a criminal organization.

They will finally meet their match the day they will try this is army personnel at any checkpoint.

Believe you me if it was Boko Haram or Fulani herdsmen that mount that checkpoint, police won't dare come close
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has been occupying this outpost since 2014, due to a previous abandonment following repeated attacks on security personnel.
They ran away before only to show up now and begin making scenes.. they will still run again

Their training is basically about shaving their heads, cutting grass, singing dumbass songs, and yelling "esobey!" about like a bunch of mooks.

Nigeria police and their anyhowness.

As against your oath to protect, You abandoned a post because of incessant attacks on your personnel.

The immigration stepped in to ensure security.

Now you have a new CP, instead of doing the right thing by officially approaching the immigration and thanking them for holding fort in your absence due to cowardice, and notifying them that you're back to your post if they're willing to give it up, you decide to fight them.

I wish one or two police were shot.
madness and shamelessness. Police abandoned post, immigration took over and restored peace. Now shameless cowardly Police now want to come and take over. If boko haram come now, they will abandon it again.

You abandoned an outpost for God knows how long and you wake up one day and decide to eject people who took over the security of that said place? Who does that...NPF na joke aswear. And na those ones wey dey always wear black behave in this manner, PMF guys still dey mature pass them

After the directive, the Bulunkutu Division police officers intended to “reclaim” the outpost from the immigration officials.
