EbolaTinubu: Most of that money goes to the states. State monthly allocations have gone up massively. Go and ask your governor what he is doing with FAAC money. Don't get obsessed by Tinubu. Not good for your mental health. 1 Like 1 Share |

Racoon:Based on devaluation. If you use 400 as the exchange rate you'll realise you made less than before subsidy removal. You need up to 2trn to make what is commensurate with what you had before removal |

Racoon: Tinubu administration is taking policies based on an accountant perspective, it is all about revenue, profit, revenue, tax. That is not how to run a country. I might be wrong on the long run if they can at least prove me wrong. Governance is about the people, this government have to bring in people oriented policies such that an economist will propound. An economist care about the welfare of the citizens but an accountant care about profit. Pres Tinubu should not think Nigeria as a company, masses can not continue paying tax only for greedy politicians to loot and enjoy themselves. I know many Nigerians do not know what is happening, we now pay more tax than ever before ( indirect tax) which is one of the worst type of tax. You can see the effect on the high prices of goods and services. Soon Nigerians will find it difficult to breath then there will be serious problem. 2 Likes |

Kukutente23: Maybe I should have used " a lot" instead of "most" but certainly states are taking home far more than they did last year even adjusted for inflation. The point being that the Nigerian citizen should stop giving governors a free pass. 1 Like |

Nice move for our financial economy, I just hope the funds will be put to good use. Meanwhile I'm enjoying improved noise canceling along with very good sound and voice-calling performance, plus support for high-resolution wireless audio streaming on oraimo spacepods.
