Nigeria cant implement the same because Nigeria gives no one benefits. Which unemployed dey receive benefit for here or wey free heath care, basic school or community maintenance. These people abroad dey receive some free benefits but dem no one give the society back, na hin be the issue here. I learnt that some people even give birth to as many children in Germany in order to receive govt benefits while they willingly remain unemployed; they only live by the free money govt. gives those children.

When Nigeria begins to give free benefits, then the govt. would have the right to do same; but for now, no govt. can force anyone to work here; the folks are free.

In the ancient times, before society evolved into the organized structural government of today. You were either idle or busy. No government to ask for employment. Today people think it is the work of government to create jobs and pay fat salaries or give welfare. Their economy isn't faring well because of welfare so they propose people work and produce the things they are buying with theirfree money that making them idle.

Their socialist approach is obviously failing as instead of so called poor Brits to use welfare as a launching pad to be productive, every one seem to want endless welfare. The gap between low paying jobs and welfare handouts is not enough to drive beneficiaries to work. That means lower GDP and weaker economy that's increasing impractical to sustain their welfare system and public expenses generally.

Nigeria can learn from how they tied free handouts to productivity here.
When they fund your education, you repay via taxes, when they give you free money to survive, commonsense dictates they demand you do something to support the production system(economy). That's what is happening here.
Doing away with perpetual rentseekers is key to motivating local productivity in Nigeria.
