What is the maximum amount I can fund my dollar visa card per day. And what is the maximum transaction limit on the dollar card per day.

In notice 2000USD was the limit written in their website but each time I try to load 700usd inside the card. They keep telling me 500USD is the minimum I could do. I don't understand, does it mean by Payday visa card can only hold 500USD?
