Wike is not resting on his tough ways to get land acquisition in the FCT done. According to him, to get a certificate of occupancy, you must provide your NIN for individuals and BVN for corporate bodies.

Also, he opined that existing Landlords with Certificate of Occupancies and other title documents must recertify in order to provide the NIN and BVN which he said are security measures to checkmate land racketeering, cloning of title documents and general security in the FCT.
