Requirements to Qualify for Various Positions:
(1) . Head Of School/Head Secondary Academics/Head, Accounts & Administration
Academic Qualification
Minimum of a master's degree in education administration (M.Ed.) or Educational leadership degree at an accredited college or university or a License in school administration.

Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; Critical thinking and Problem solving personae; Leadership, Interpersonal and Decision-making skills, Technologically savvy.

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 35years for Principal;
30years for Head Secondary Academics and Head of Accounts & Administration as at December 1st 2023.
5years work experience for Principal and 3years Working Experience for Head, Secondary Academic/Head of Accounts & Administration in a higher school or its equivalent.

(2) . Head Primary Academics
Academic Qualification
Should have passed a minimum of Diploma in Elementary Education (D. Ed). Apart from the above qualification, the candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in teaching & school leadership and held leadership position in not less than 1 year of the work experience.

Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; Critical thinking and Problem-solving personae; Leadership, Interpersonal and Decision-making skills, in tune with current Montessori learnings systems and practices.

Age/Experience:
Minimum age of 30years as at December 1st 2023 and 3years work experience out of which 1 year must be on leadership experience in a Primary school or its equivalent.

(3) . Subject Teachers
Academic Qualification
Minimum of an NCE for Primary school teachers and a University Degree for Secondary school teachers. A degree in Education or an Educational leadership degree at an accredited college or university will be an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; At home with kids/teenagers; Children Psychology and Problem-solving personae; Natural Mentor, Conversant with IT devices usage in classroom learning; Technologically savy

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 20 years for Primary school and 23 years for Secondary school as at December 1st 2023.
Work experience in an equivalent academic institution is an added advantage.


(4). Creche care Givers:
Academic Qualification
Minimum of a Secondary school certificate or its equivalent. Any certificate in Health care will be an added advantage.

Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; Very energetic and fun to be with babies. A natural Nany, at home with kids; Difficult to be angered.

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 30 years as at December 1st 2023.
Work experience in an equivalent academic institution is an added advantage.



(5). School Nurse
Academic Qualification
Minimum of a Mid-wife certificate qualification or its equivalent. Any higher certification in Health care will be an added advantage.

Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; Very energetic and fun to be with Children. A natural Nurse; Very conversant with practical Nursing and ready to work with the school’s Medical team.

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 30 years as at December 1st 2023.
Work experience in a recognized health facility is also an added advantage.


(6). School PRO/Secretary
Academic Qualification
Minimum of HND in communications Arts or English Language.

Skills:
Impeccable Communication skills; Very energetic and ever-smiling nature; Writing skills should be flawless.

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 27 years as at December 1st 2023.
Work experience in a similar position is an added advantage

(7). School Accountants/Bursar
Academic Qualification
Minimum of a BSc in Accounting. Any higher certification in accounting will be an added advantage

Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; Very good with figures; works well with Microsoft packages; Delivers with infinitesimal error rate.

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 30 years as at December 1st 2023.
Work experience in a similar position is also an added advantage.

(. School Librarian
Academic Qualification
Minimum of a BSc/BA in Liberary Sciences. Any certification in Information System management will be an added advantage

Skills:
Excellent Communication skills; works well with Microsoft packages; Delivers with infinitesimal error rate. Wonderful interpersonal skills.

Age/Experience:
Should be a minimum age of 25 years as at December 1st 2023.
Work experience in a similar position is also an added advantage
