Paradise City Estate, has been Unveiled in Awka capital territory, Anambra State.

The event which took place at the Enugwu-Agidi in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra state was attended by Managing Directors and Chief Executive Officers in the Nigerian real estate sector, Government officers, the State Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Dr. Odogwu Emeka Odogwu, among others .

According to the Chairman of the occasion and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS) Sir Chido Obidiegwu, who described shelter as one of the basic needs of man, highlighted the key achievements of the current administration in the State in its vision to make the State a liveable and prosperous homeland .

According to Obidiegwu ,There are over 440 plots of land in the paradise City, each of which sells for N3.5m, with payment by installment or of full payment options available.

He equally assured the prospective buyers of trouble-free investment and multiple returns.
According to Managing Director , Dotland Properties, Chief Emeka Anyadubalu, said the Estate is launched in compliance with the Anambra State Government smart city policy boasting of a smart entry and exit system and its Thinker Home Philosophy.
