Job Responsibilities:
● Conduct research to identify and understand current industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive products or processes.
● Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and prototypes for new products or improvements to existing ones.
● Plan and conduct experiments or tests to validate the feasibility and performance of new designs or technologies.
● Analyze test results and iterate on designs to address any issues or shortcomings.
● Build and test prototypes of new products or systems.
● Work closely with engineers and technicians to oversee the development process and
ensure the final product meets design specifications.
● Prepare detailed documentation of the research, design, and development process.
● Create technical reports, manuals, and other documentation to communicate findings and
specifications to team members and stakeholders.
● Engage with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions to leverage external
expertise and resources.
● Coordinate with project teams to ensure that milestones are achieved promptly.
● Work with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for
new products.

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, biotechnology, or relevant field.
● Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
● In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
● Marketing and design experience preferred.
● Proficient with computer design software including AutoCAD.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Experience with project management.
● Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
