You have described that despot accurately. The painful thing about everything is that he rigged himself into power, not to bring any positive change to the Kenyan masses, but to enrich himself and oppress people who doesn't belong to his tribe.

Degree holders in Kenya are travelling to Qatar and the UAE to work as domestic workers and security guards and the clueless president acts like none of this is his business.
