In fairness, Wike said they would refurbish the old FCT Mass Transit Buses that were abandoned by past administration. Peharps that's what's happening.

It makes more sense than spending large to procure new ones when we're swimming in debt.

The criticism should be not buying Made-In-Nigeria buses, not buying cheaper options.
