To God who made you and I, the last time I bought this Augmentin 625mg was in August/September, 2020 - just three years ago and I bought at N3,500 at that time. Then sometime in August this year 2023, I wanted to buy it again and I was told by the many Pharmacies I went that the price was N25,000. And now it is N57,000. May God help us because there is absolutely no hope in this country. We are finished.

Why was branded Augmentin prescribed. They're equally good generic amoxicillin/clavulanic acid products that costs far less that N57k & other alternative antibiotics that are far cheaper can equally do the job. A lot of people are dying because they can't afford treatments for their ailments. The government should create an enabling environment for drug production in the country.

This is pharmacy price. Come to Idumota where drugs is being sold, you will buy it for nothing less than 25k.
