As far as health is concern....that eba and egusi are the mean food you should eat. Also, yam is okay. But if i will score all the food there based on the fact that they are all 90% carb...may God help Nigerians to live beyond 55 years now.

Continue eating your rice, noodles, spagheti...and beans that they have used pesticides destroyed.
