We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Visual Arts Director to lead our visual direction for
website development projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our frontend
development team, providing creative vision, design expertise, and strategic direction to elevate
our online presence and user experience.


Responsibilities:

● Define and implement the artistic vision and aesthetic guidelines for website projects,
ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience objectives.
● Collaborate closely with frontend developers to translate design concepts into functional
and visually compelling web interfaces.
● Lead and mentor a team of visual designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
throughout the design process.
● Oversee the creation of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, multimedia
elements, and user interface components.
● Conduct regular design reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards, usability, and
responsiveness across various devices.
● Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to
drive innovation and enhance the user experience.
● Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to
present design concepts, solicit feedback, and incorporate revisions.


Requirements:

● Proven experience (X years) as a Visual Arts Director, Creative Director, or similar role,
preferably in website design and development.
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc., along
with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and creative direction.
● In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
● Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
● Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Design, or relevant field. Additional certifications or
relevant training are a plus.
