The new FAAN should stop the extortion and corruption going on at our airports. Example is Portharcourt international airport where each vehicle that enters the airport is forced to pay additional 300 Naira to touts even after paying the normal fees charged by the authorities.

The ministries, it's agencies and parastatals are directly under the executive arms of government which the President is the Chief executive officer-in-charge of the executive arm of the government. He can sack and replace within that jurisdiction only. But the president has no power to directly sack or replace within the Legislature and the Judiciary which are the other independent arms of the government.
