Role: QRX Key Account Associate
Quality Rx

Location: Togo, Lome and Benin Republic

Job Description:

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Engage business owners and manage day-to-day operations in partner establishments.
Monitor and track establishment revenues for growth, including data analysis.
Own and manage multiple client accounts, providing professional support and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordinate health reviews and customer service training in partner establishments.
Identify new business opportunities with partners adopting the pharma model.
Serve as the main pharma contact in partner establishments, supporting seamless day-to-day operations.
Act as a product expert, providing technical assistance and product support to existing clients.
Interface with the supply chain team to ensure all orders are fully processed within agreed-upon timelines.
Provide valuable consumption insights to the supply chain for monthly planning sessions.
Offer solutions to potential operational issues such as billing and drug delivery delays.
Proactively resolve issues arising from deployment in establishments and monitor issue resolution progress.
Work with the billing team to provide reports on billing gap resolution and inventory process improvement.
Work with the customer service team to implement services, procedures, and tools to optimize the customer experience.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance key marketing, health screening, training, and communication supports.
Contribute to any other initiative essential to the ongoing success of the QRx service.


Requirements/Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in French( Compulsory)Do not apply if you do not understand French(verbal and written)

Entrepreneurial spirit and passion

Strong work ethic and proactive attitude requiring minimal supervision.

Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills. English proficiency is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Experience in the healthcare field, whether with pharmaceutical companies, clinicians, or other healthcare services.

Ability to provide fact-based advice and develop market and industry analyses.

Understanding of business development initiatives and stakeholder influence.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with new people and build business relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Degree in pharmacy, sales and marketing, or any other relevant field.
3+ years of professional experience in a healthcare organization (including internships).
Preference for pharmacists/pharmacologists."
Proactive work attitude, and a range of skills spanning customer relations, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidates are expected to have experience in the healthcare field and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
