I feel ashamed of myself write now because this Christmas I can't even buy a bag of rice or even half to my parents , all what I hustle for his for food and expense, I can't even face my parents in theirs face I have been avoiding them even when we all stay in the same state with them, but most times I can't sleep because at 29year of age
am yet to achieve some certain things in my life , sometimes I feel like killing myself , pls someone should advice
because even as am writing this I feel am crying inside of me because am the only son of my parents and am supposed to take good care of them
but things are not working out as aspected

Thank God that you are not looking for money to pay kidnappers to rescue your parents and thank God doctors are not asking you to deposit million before they can attend to them or any family member. Give thanks to God in everything (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6).

Why will you ever think of killing yourself at 29 because of that? Give yourself over to God. It definitely will not happen immediately but it will definitely happen.

Start doing something. Start with a job that pays small. Learn and grow on the job. Acquire the necessary skills and move on. Money will definitely come. You may not be a millionaire overnight but it will happen gradually.

Give thanks to God for every lifting you experience and move on. Take it easy please.

Must you buy bag of rice? Una like wahala for this country, there is always another time give them the little you have. Make sure you visit and show them how much you love them that's the most important thing to do this period and every other time.

By avoiding your parents, you're doing more damage to them and to yourself.

And what exactly do you want to achieve with a bag of rice while you're struggling? To repay them for what they've done or to fake a success you truly haven't achieved?

My friend, get your phone right away and speak to your parents. Explain your situation to them. Your parents will be more than willing to spend some time with you and more importantly, pray for you.

If you wait until you're successful to celebrate or spend time with your parents, sorry, you may never have that chance.
