I'm sure you know that the UK is not like Nigeria where you can just go to a pharmacy and buy birth control pills, you need to first get a doctor's prescription and it's does not come cheap

Both of them are to blame

The woman should have deferred her semester if she knew she couldn't cope

The guy should have known his wife and her organisational skills and advised her appropriately.

It is only a lady with strong organisational skills that can be pregnant and still perform at a decent level on professional exams.
