ADDENDUM; Tell us ; your age,what you do for a living,the cost of the building and how you were able to go round this financially, then the duration of the cost.LOCATION too matters .Some of us here can get spurred up and fire on. THIS WOULD HELP SOME GOOD MINDS HERE MAKE FINE DECISION and get challenged to do more than they are currently doing now. I don't put emphasis on certificate, if I tell you other side things apart from my job I do, you will know that am not the type that just sit in office without thinking of other means to make money, but despite my efforts no good result like this testimony.

That's how your children will take good care of you too when you grow old.
