Where is that oloribuku that quoted me one time when Obasanjo said it can never work and the best thing is to sell it off

They sold a nonesense video of Gas flaring and they were rejoicing when it was all a ruse.

I don't know why it is so so difficult to do the right thing once and for all in this country.

Anyways, Emilokan people too and in power and it's time for them to also chop under the guise of "Turn around maintenance" (TAM)

Brace up for next level propaganda and lies.

Be on the lookout

Typical example of the reasons why we are where we are today. What's wrong if it was written by an Obidient or not? The question is, is it true? We insulted same Obidients when they said that refinery won't work this year's December as against the lies your government told us. Today, who is to be insulted? NNPC even lied that the refinery would soom receive Crude supplies, now this information coming.

When McCarthy messed up, even ministers from same Bakersfield, California, and GOP voted against him.
What's wrong is wrong, what's right is right regardless who says it

Don't be deceived by the news about the Port-Harcourt refinery working. It's far from full completion and let's wait for the first barrel of petroleum to be refined. Many things need to be put on shape.

Commissioning activities in an oil and gas processing facility is always done in phases and systems. So the Flare system was the only thing commissioned. We have more than 40 systems yet to be commissioned.
This information is from an insider and the refinery will not be ready before June 2024.

1.You don't abuse people, you show why they are wrong.

2.At best, we have phase 1 which means at best 60000 barrels per day, which isnt enough for domestic needs, especially when in the 1980's we were refining 400000 barrels per day. Some experts state that more work needs to be done.

3.NNPC is hoping for getting all refineries it owns working. Which should be possible now that subsidy has been theoretically removed.

Keep wailing, enemies of good news. You brought an article here yet you lack the mental capacity to read and understand. PH refinery has both old and new which is referred to as phase1 and 2. Rehabilitation has been completed on the 60,000 old refinery as promised while second one with 150,000 capacity would be completed Q4,2024.
You headless mobs always dey look for something wey no lost, your Agulu fraud has lost forever, make una rest.

Stop advertising your ignorance
A refinery cannot be referred to as a phase of another. A phase is just a part of a process. Refinery 1 is the refinery being worked on and the completion being referred to is the mechanical phase

I'm not surprised you're also parroting the lie that phase 1 is 60,000bpd refinery.
That's the narrative being put out by Zombies to claim the refinery rehabilitation has been completed and is now operational.
Phase 1 is the mechanical completion of the 60k refinery. Stop defending govt with lies.

And it's also a lie that we're refining 400k in the 80s

I said it....even if it works,it will never run more than 2 months. This turnaround maintenance in billions is for siphoning funds.within d past 15years turnaround don reach 7 times...wtf.sell this stupid refineries n build new ones.NNPC has no business running a state owned refinery.check around d world,NOC,s do not run downstream or midstream sector....this should be handled by private companies wit govt at most owning a very little percentage.
