The bottom line is having money.
If you have good/legal money no be ritual/unclean money oh, you will have rest of mind.

You will be looking big even without eating so much.

Unlike if you don't have money no matter what you eat, you will still look malnourished.
Wel,this is my personal opinion and experience.
No matter what I eat whenever my account is dry or when I am going through personal issues, I look dry and stressed.
