Don't waste the opportunity if you have the ND certificate. They probably left the Bsc options for internal recruitment/promotions.

I will advise you to reapply again using different email and phone number. Because two things are involved:
1. You would be asked to present certificate of Trade for that position you applied for.
2. You would be given level 03 eventually you made it.

I didn't apply for driver position, level 03 and 04 are the same requirements,they might shuffle

They won't shuffle anything. It might be the same requirements but what they want to employ them for are different. If you don't have the skills they needed, you won't be considered. I'm not assuming, I'm very sure of what I'm saying.

Don't compare, this customs you just mentioned, it came to a particular point they started giving people double promotions just for them to fill up some spaces. It doesn't works in fire like that. I don't want to say much but anything i say here is not an assumption. I know everything in fire service like the back of my palm.. Though i don't work there

Level 14 if age no carry you. But why wait when you can further your study to hasten your promotion.
