the hurry of the sworn in Gov is not ideal,you should have tarried a while at least give the departed soul some respect, announcing the appointments truly showed that the allegations against him abnitio were genuine!!

That man called Ayedatiwa is just too happy that his principal took ill and died. He cared less when Akeredolu was sick - all he was after then was to be declared acting governor. He cannot pretend to mourn if his ambition is power by any means.

He doesn't need deputy as he can't select his own deputy unless he pick one to stand elected.

That's the way he will run the remaining of their tenure till he decides to run again then he can pick his deputy for election not now. He's functioning as acting gov so he plays both the role of gov and deputy to himself.

You should have said they shouldn't have sworn Lucky in as governor too
Theres a reason why....there can't be a vacuum. Nature abhors it.
So there nothing wrong in making appointments that will ensure there's no VACUUM in government.

I'm disappointed reading people's comments.
There is no vacuum in government.
Should the state be shut down because the governor died?
The governor has been handicapped with illness for a long time, but because of the greed of those who were benefitting from him, they kept forging his signature to milk the state dry.
Same thing that happened during Yar Adua. I wonder how we forget so soon.
I see nothing wrong with the new governors appointments.
