There is a saying that cleanliness is next to godliness and how one smells could either attract or scare people away and for some men, paying attention to our fashion style matters a lot.

Businesstimes.ng in a recent chat with popular Lagos based shoe specialist and CEO of Daniel Couture, Daniel Nwanze, he disclosed that some men don’t pay attention to their shoes which really matters a lot to their dressing.

Daniel explained that one of the reasons why some men shoe smells is because they don’t wear socks while putting on shoes.

He further stated that it is important to always spread the shoes in the sun and store them in a cool dry place.

In his words, “most men’s shoe smells because they don’t wear socks. After use, clean, dry under sun and keep in a cool dry place.”

Daniel, who is a graduate of Business Administration, shared that he decided to keep his certificate aside and delve into shoe making because he loves fashion.

Speaking about ABA made shoes, he stressed that the guys over there make good shoes only that with good support they will do better.

On how he manages female clients since he makes unisex shoes, Daniel revealed that he rarely sees most of them as they transact online. “I don’t even see most of them, we always transact online.”
