A typical villa in a typical region: villa by name, not by structure. 7 Likes |

Anybody who regards that building as a villa is maadd, because the structure is not solid and can collapse at any time 4 Likes |

This should be Lagos Island. No land in that place is wasted. 7 Likes |

The occupants of the building in between. Heat fit kill them. No ventilation. |

The buildings are so close together... Neighbors go just dey peep inside each other privacy. If the building is well built with standard materials and engineering I don't think anything is wrong with the structure itself. For those afraid of the building collapsing! |

You'll be shocked by what a flat like this may contain. You can tell from the exterior that it probably has high end fittings on the inside. I've been to such a flat in Oyingbo Lagos. From that experience, I learned not to judge a book by it's cover. |

This is Lagos Island. The house/land was probably divided up to that point, if the future heirs should decide they don't want to share rent again, na to divide the house again and get something more ridiculous. The beauty of that area is that it's still the natives that own those buildings, they don't sell them. Na the tenant I pity most, heat go choke lots of them |
