its the 2nd of the year
anyone interested in being in a whatsapp group
where we encourage ourselves to see how long we can go in the year without added sugar

1. soda (or any manufactured drinks)
2. alcohol

reason behind the idea
in january 2023, i didnt taste soda/alcohol/fastfood/took reduced maggi/took reduced salt
everything in my body system changed
the color of my poo changed
i felt enegertic
the colour of my sperm changed sincerely, my sperm became thicker
i ate lots of
- raw food (didnt fry them. didnt eat any fried thing at all)
- lots of fruits and veggies
- didnt eat stew with tin tomato at all (only fresh tomatoes),

but it was terribly difficult
so i want to start it this year
i was tempted with lots of alcohol yesterday, but i didn't fold

so if anyone is interested in a whatsapp group, then lets do it
