Bestmanfornow:. Bro, I noticed that there’s a new ongoing shopping center around that road, is it the former abandon mall? Also the hotel at immigration junction looks classic, have they opened it yet?? Please cover those structures and show us please, happy new year 2 Likes |

sonature1:Note that this are government built houses but Anambra own are person and individual owned . I think Igbo’s are self made. Secondly, is the poor and lower middle class that lives in such block of stores buildings unlike the Anambra smart city that is detached or full duplex. Today in onitsha, all this multistorey are actually occupied by poor or lower middle class Igbo’s while in Lagos presently, is for the upper middle class lagosians who cannot even afford it because it costs millions to rent. The first time I tried to help a Canadian woman to rent a flat at the build behind ikeja police hqters, behind AVMCC Vining Anglican Church, I was surprised at the millions they were calling. That was like 10 yrs ago. Now coming to understand you a little, SE may need some of the multistorey of 10 to 20 floors because of scarcity of land and power for elevators, but not sure the country as a whole is ready for that. Finally, if you have ever travelled or lived in advanced society, you will realised that this Lagos type of houses or very high rise buildings are for the very poor and middle class. Harlem and Brooklyn are with such buildings for the poor and lower middle class compared with Queens where the middle class and super rich blacks and whites lives. The same in Miami. Remember this are apartments buildings. Here in the US, particularly in my city, most of the high rise and multistorey is now used for accommodating the dirt poor Americans and some senior citizen who pay as low as 20 to 25% of the main monthly rent. Some new smart multistorey are now built in some super neighborhood but that’s mainly for working class whites and Chinese who can afford it. 4 Likes |

Why would it be impressive to a chronic envious bitter frustrated imo man like you ? Your cursed useless imo state has nothing to show that’s why you rather show us Lagos than the glorified village that’s Owerri. No wonder most imo indigenes are trooping to Anambra to live . Shameless fellow. sonature1: Pictures: Owerri 1 Like

Miserable frustrated envious fellow, show us your cursed backward imo state. You are talking about Lagos that was the former FCT. You are pained by the pictures coming out of Awka millennium city that’s why you are here running around trying to find fault in a faultless project in which most imo indigenes already invested in it because your state failed to develop to be like Anambra. It is like what you have in banana island , lekki phase 1 eko Atlantic paradise city in Florida etc, so stop talking trash. You posted buildings in igando lagos , an area where the poor n the middle class reside n you want to compare it with the akwa millennial city? Oga you better rest 1 Like 1 Share |
