Hilary Clinton, Not because she is a woman(I dont Support the gender stuff, i prefer everybody be judged according to his/ her ability not based on gender, sex, religion or any sentiments) but because she is Smart, Calculative, bold and an acute Politician. |

Once a democrat--always a democrat. I have always voted democratic--win, lose or draw! Go Hilary R. Clinton for 2008! She is not perfect and can flip-flop as much as she wants since Americans are super flip flippers anyway--(friends today, enemies tomorrow) ----No condition is permanent. Otherwise they would not have gone into Iraq--having befriended Saddam Hussein at one point in time. I believe you can change your mind on issues as much as you want to reflect that things never stay the same. It is only human, and not a sin or character defect like most numbskulls would want us to believe. Having cleared that, I loved the way she handled the Lewisnky scandal. It shows a person, not just a woman who can function under pressure and can stay focused on what is most important in her life. She has made lots of mistakes, but so have the other canditates. She is loved and that is all that counts--though hated by some too. That is alright--for you cannot please the whole world! With Bill Clinton at her side and not by Lewinsky's side, I think Hilary will be a good president. She is learning the ropes well and she has the best teacher in Bill Clinton. I can never vote republican because the party does not represent what my ideals are and boy they are too damn ugly! |

Unfortunately, i cannot vote in the american election, but i have a word of advice for you all. The best candidate of the whole lot is Joe Biden. I have listened to all candiadtes, Democrats and republicans, yet i have seen no one who is well equiped to handle America's tough situation as Joe Biden. Unfortunately, joe Biden is rather too old and should be the secretary of state. In his place as President comes barak obama. So from 1st to third, my choice is Joe Biden (1st), barrack obama (2nd) and hillary clinton (3rd). The next president, among other things must have stopping the war as his priority. The problem with the American economy, mortgage crises and credit crunch is 100% as a result of poor foreign policy. The mortgage crises cannot be solved even if the Fed further cuts rates. This is because the root problem is as a result of increasing treasury rates which is as a result of continued borrowing from the treasury to finance the war in Iraq. America needs a sincere president and hillary clinton is not. People do not realise that Bill Clinton succeded because he was more into dialogue. Hillary is completely different from the husband, so no one should be decieved in thinking that America's glorious era of the 90's would be re-enacted if Hillary wins the nomination. It seems as i'm only concerned with the Democrats. Yes, i do not see much promise from the Republicans. They are more interested in maintaining the status quo. Now, Europe is about to become the new world super-power, even ahead of America. The current domination of the Euro and the new EU constitution requiring an EU President, should signal to us all that America needs a change from the Republcan world-view. |

If you watch the Presidential Debate last night on CNN, one will no doubt give it to Hillary. Although, there is no way you will not have a political enemy, but the woman was very intelligent and knows her onion. She is also experienced! Besides, except we experience what was done to bring Bush to the throne, the time is up for the Republicans. Hillary will surely go places. |

Barack Obama is the person that american needs at this point in time, he is a man of candor and is not extreamly partisan. hillary is just a liar and will do or say anything to win. she doesnt stand a chance cos she is very polarising and is no different from george bush. people are getting to know obama and so many are leaning towards him because of what he stands for and the ideas he has(he represents the ordinary american not the special interest organisations). The audacity of hope is what america needs. |

Any one of them can win if Prof. Iwu is hired to perform his abacadabra. I would have preferred Obama. But reality shows that there would be a white woman in the white house before a black man |

I like Huckabee a lot. He's gained on the polls in the last month or so. Though something tells me He's being promoted to cut Giuliani's lead. |
