Kirsten Turner Consulting (KTC) is looking to hire 4Nos. Managers for its Regional operations, as follows:
Regional Marketing Manager, NE (Bauchi)
Regional Marketing Manager, SE (Enugu)
Regional Marketing Manager, SW (Ibadan)
Regional Marketing Manager, SS (Port Harcourt)

Job Brief:
The Regional Marketing Managers would help our company promote its services in new and existing markets, as specified. As Regional Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that will help us achieve our business goals. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of our marketing team in your region. If you have strong marketing and leadership skills, and you’re looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a growing company, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
• Develop a marketing strategy for the company’s key markets and key accounts.
• Implement the plan, coordinating with Head Office and operations teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective clients, providing feedback, building loyalty, and helping them solve problems.
• Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing operations, focusing on driving key performance indicators and customer retention.
• Specifically: Drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify additional commercialized channels.
• Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing operations, focusing on driving key performance indicators and customer retention.

Requirements And Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences or related fields.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing services and business development.
• Knowledge of Internet marketing and content management systems.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing functions (e.g., strategy, planning, forecasting).
• Knowledge of the dominant local language/cultures will be a definite advantage.
