Tragedy struck in Rivers State on Tuesday night as two passenger boats heading for Bonny capsized on Andoni waterways, claiming the lives of at least 20 individuals. Erastus Awortu, Andoni LGA chairman, expressed shock, offering condolences to the victims' families.
