This is what I think you should do; Relax ( give yourself a hand-job if you have to), breathe in, breathe out ( normal breaths only, nothing too crazy), think through what you want to say, write it down, read it aloud to yourself at least 10 times, go to the nearest library, pick an ESL book, brush up on your syntax, correct your grammar errors (you may want to ask for help on this one), sleep on your first draft, dot your 'I's, cross your 'T's,  revise your first draft, then come back here and retype your thoughts. 

That said, knowing your limited intellectual ability, I dont expect your 'riposte' to be all that great, but it, definitely, should be better than the crap you have up there.
