I served my OGA before I got settled...( Las Year) .. money never big... But there's an opportunity for me to have two shops now..
A friend of mine want to relocate to another place and asked me to pay him up and take over his shop.. the challenge na capital because na desame money Way I sopose use and buy goods from market .
Is it advisable for me to split the money and pay him up den buy small goods. He is also in same business so nothing to work dere.. just pay him up.. buy goods and den start.
Note: am staying with my junior bro so someone to stay in the shop is not an issue... I need advice from those with experience and also those with ideas.... Just put your self in my shoes and write down your best decision.. your advice mean a lot to someone outside there.. Greetings to everyone

Since he's in same line of business with you and the shop has everything you will need to start up with then buy the shop and use the remaining money to stock up on goods
