Rwanda, an African country employing someone from Nigeria as deputy vice chancellor. However, in the same Nigeria some primitive bastards would rather die than see someone from another ethnicity head an institution in their state.

They should continue in their primitivity while wise people are poaching talents for their own development.

Rwanda is more advanced in thinking any other purely Black African country. In fact, that country is a testament to the fact that a purely Black African country can be great. For instance, President Paul Kagame has been president for God knows how long.

Guess what, he keeps getting re-elected even when he comes from a minority ethnic group. This can never happen in Nigeria.

It is very painful and sad to see the primitivism of some Nigerians in this regard.

How do you know that?
She could be Yoruba married to Igbo, the mother or father could be Igbo. She could be 100% Igbo or 100% Yoruba. either way, she is a Nigerian. That is what is important.

Why would there be tribalism if every tribe control their resources, police themselves, and have control of their land

Tell me

Is it because of the above that there is tribalism in Nigeria?

How will more than 250 ethnic groups in Nigeria control their resources, police themselves, and have control of their land?

ok. Read This:
What happened during the 1994 Rwandan genocide? Who are Hutus and Tutsis? From April through June 1994, more than 800,000 Rwandans were brutally slaughtered by fellow citizens in a state-led genocide targeting the Tutsi ethnic group. About 75% of the Tutsi population died in the mass killings.

Oga, make your point. Nobody has the time to read long stories. We all know about the genocide in Rwanda. Again, Paul Kagame isn't from a majority ethnic group but has been leading the country ever since their return to democracy.

You are putting up a country where 75% of a minority group was killed as a model for Africa. We have a lot of problem in Nigeria but man. Rwanda is not a model we should be looking up to.

Nigeria is a curse and weapon fashioned against its citizens. Little surprise why many of it's indigents outside the shore always rise to their highest peak but the same people when within the country will have all their potentials stifled by the evils in the country.

We don't know why they hate Ebonyi so much that they don't want them to hold official posts in Anambra.

You do realise that Rwanda has endured a pogrom (1960s) and as well a genocide (1994) right?
I am afraid matters are no where near as simple as you present here.

By the way, Somalia used to be regarded as a monolithic nation of related clans (much to the chagrin of its Bantu population which continues to suffer from cultural discrimination). Yet you have to ask yourself; when last did that nation experience peace? cool
Somalia case na terrorism from one religion.

Well, my comment was in reference to post-genocide Rwanda. That war taught that country a lesson and they have learnt to deeply love one another. That's the only reason they can allow someone from a minority to lead for a long time.

By the way, if you say Rwanda isn't a model, tell me one purely Black African country doing better in leadership than Rwanda.

In summary, ever since the aftermath of that war, the country has bounced back stronger and better. You need to see Rwandans praising their president.
