Happy new year NL I belong to my secondary school old students association of 92 set. the association has been dormant for 3years because of some quarrel that came up among members. Ending of last year the executives met and decided that I should take over as chairman of the group from Jan 2024 with the mandate to revive the group and conduct elections by Dec 2024. Please I need advice on the following: 1. How to bring the aggrieved members back 2. What to do to revive the group 3. How to select those that will help me do the work. Please no insults. I need help. NB: when the group was vibrant we assisted a lot of members who needs help financially and otherwise. We also had several end of year party. |
