Well, first are u amanagement,economics or social science student? If u are anyof the above then try to know all your principles and basic mgt terms and definitions. Infact know even how to laugh managerially. But if u are the physicists and nuclear chemists then try to know how itrelate with banking .then add general current affairs like the governor of where u are to go for the interview or yourstate gov. For d first stage (Group),make sure u contribute n dont b 'buried' in d discussion then just be versed in Basics (General Knowedge) in ur feild of study in d second stage.
