1. Buyer signs and returns MOU with Company name and both Dollar account and naira paying banking account information.
2. Buyer's AO opens communication with Seller's AO, by send RWA to receive Pre advice email, stating the buyer's account to be pre-adviced and requesting for seller's Verbiage for PND /Fund Reservation Letter or CORPORATE CHEQUE with Letter of authority to verify.
3. Buyer raises PND/FRL or Confirmable Corporate Cheque on Corporate Letter Headed Paper, through his bank, of the Naira equivalent in favour of the seller and sends a copy of it to seller’s account officer, copying the necessary emails, according to Seller's verbiage.
4. Seller confirms instrument and transfers the $Bleep,000,000 (xxxx Million US Dollars) in Tranches of xxxx Million Dollars ($xxxx,000,000) and releases Telex to buyer.
5. Buyer confirms the said $XX,000,000 and pays Naira equivalent to seller and all agents and facilitators according to the agreed tranche.
