South East APC Young Progressives Forum, are spies, chameleons - APGA

The All Progressives Grand Alliance( APGA) has described the South- East All Progressives Congress(APC) Young Progressives Forum as chameleons and spies.

The National Coordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum, Chinedu Obigwe ,stated this on Tuesday in a statement made available to our correspondent.

Obigwe's reaction followed a press release where the APC group led by Pascal Candle said inter alia"We, The South East APC Young Progressives Forum, Anambra State chapter has watched with bemusement the hypocritical congratulations of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to the APC-led government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Justices of the Supreme Court over the recent slew of judgments the apex court delivered in various Governorship Election Petition Appeals before it.

"In their congratulatory message, APGA, which is the outgoing and ruling party in Anambra State, hailed President Bola Tinubu to high heavens and added that "the President's non-interference in the judicial process is a testament to his commitment to ensuring the birth of a new Nigeria where the rule of law reigns supreme."

"We make bold to ask, how does the responsibility of Justices, an affair of Mr President if not for sycophancy that made APGA to issue such reckless statements."

Reacting Obigwe said,"In my reaction to the above referred news report, I will tell my friend Pascal Candle to stop dwelling in self deceit.

"As long as the reliable and verifiable information available to me is concern, Pascal Candle is not a member of APC.

"He can best be referred to as Senator Tony Nwoye of Labour Party mole in Anambra APC.

"As for the last Presidential election, Pascal Candle voted for Peter Obi and Tony Nwoye.

"For him to be talking about what he termed APGA hypocrisy is tantamount to him taking self deceit to the highest level.

"Pascal Candle should be bold enough to declare his membership of Labour Party as the party he supported and worked for in the last 2023 general election.

"The hatchet job he is doing for Tony Nwoye with his false claim of APC membership is portraying him as a young man that does not have character.

"Tony Nwoye cannot be in Labour Party and plant him as a mole in Anambra APC to be doing hatchet job for him.

"My reason for making this revelation is for the general public to avoid being hoodwinked with Pascal Candle false claim of being a member of Anambra APC.

"All that Pascal Candle is saying against APGA are exactly what he did against APC in the last 2023 general election and in that regards, those that have character are advised to ignore his latest blackmail piece against APGA because he is a chameleon that cannot be taken serious.
