Goodday all.I noticed my left scrotum is bigger than my right and it looks like the left have bag of worms and I have a mild pain sometimes on the left side.So today I went to the hospital,a doctor inspected my scrotum and confirm that I have varicocele.
I suppose to do a scan for it today but I was rescheduled for Monday.The doctor said I will do a seminal fluid analysis (SFA) to check my sperm.I and my mom went to the area they do that and the lab attendant there is saying I should masturbate today and then by Monday,I should come back and I will masturbate again in the hospital so they can inspect the sample.Pls will masturbating today drops my sperm count.I am kind of confused.I am also a virgin
