yommen: You will also agree with me that it's not those tech savvy guys that are in extreme poverty group. The statistics churned out by these people to my mind is jaundiced and outrightly flawed. My people who make less than 2 dollars a day do not have time for the Internet of things. We are talking about Extreme poverty here. |

For those of you who are confused by the World Banks report please know this: They gave Tinubu conditions before he would get any loans and he has fulfilled the two major ones. He has removed subsidy and floated the naira. Both have lead to the harshest economic realities in the history of the country. Nigerians are now having a taste of what Biafrans felt towards the end of the war when Awolowo's blockade was introduced and some began to eat lizards towards the last days of the war. So ignore the World Bank report. It is false. They want to claim that their policies are working despite the runaway inflation and the collapse of manufacturing sector. If you go down history you won't find any country who prospered acting on the World Banks evil advice. At least not any developing country |
