LAGOS – Governor Chukwuma Soludo has called for an intensified effort from the community to accelerate the development of Anambra State. Speaking to a gathering of Anambra citizens in Lagos yesterday, he commended the initial efforts of public-private-community partnerships that have begun to reshape the state's economy. He emphasized the need for a greater push to sustain the progress made under his administration.

Governor Soludo, in his address, acknowledged the robust response from Ndi Anambra to his earlier calls for a unified effort in bolstering the state's development. He underscored the power of the collective entrepreneurial prowess and resources of Anambra's people as the cornerstone for economic ascension.

"By investing in our homeland's infrastructure and nurturing our communities, we do more than secure our own future," Soludo said. "We create a legacy that will benefit our children and their children after them, ensuring that Anambra stands as a shining example of prosperity and opportunity."

The event, organized by the Ikoyi-Lekki Bridge Group, served as a platform for Governor Soludo to articulate the strides made within the Five Solution Pillars of his administration. These pillars – Security and Law & Order, Infrastructure and Economic Transformation, Environment, Human Capital and Social Agenda and Governance and Value System – have been focal points of the governor’s strategy to revitalize Anambra since taking office 20 months ago.

Despite the successes, Governor Soludo stressed that the journey has only just begun. He urged successful entrepreneurs and business leaders from Anambra to look homeward and invest in the state's future.
