Are both the giver and receiver of bribes not liable? Was the one offering a bribe planted? What information about the one offering the bribe placed him in a position to make the receiver make a request to spare him from prosecution? These need to be looked into otherwise this circus of impropriety will only continue regardless of if the petroleum subsidy is gone or not. There are so many other institutions allowing corrupt practices |
