This is desirable.
Teachers need to be respected and be treated well.
It is quite unfortunate that the teachers in Nigeria have over the years being relegated to the background. Poor salary, no accommodation, no welfare package, no training and no motivation.
State governors buy expensive cars and build houses for judges and politician forgetting the teachers who trained them.
Free teachers transportation and feeding on working days is key to effective teaching, research and learning.

Please how is it lovely without the governor doing ANNUAL recruitment of teachers and other staff to increase the number of children in free primary, vocational and secondary schools while improving the ratio of the workers to the pupils

It's lovely to have the initiative at first which can be improved on with time!
