A prophet only sees what God wants him to see. Sometimes deep things are hidden even from servants of God.
There was no man closer to God than David. He had prophets everywhere but little did he have an idea when his son was about to wrestle power over him to become King. If you have read the story of Elisha and the Shunammite woman, Elisha admitted that God hid the issue of the death of her son from him. Fortunately, God still used him for the restoration. Spiritual things are very deep. Don't judge prophets by what they couldn't prophesy about.

If indeed that Satanic fake pastor T.B Joshua's wife poisoned him then her only error was her failure to act preemptively over 20 years earlier to get rid of him BEFORE he created his evil empire.
